To place an order on this website, please click on the shopping cart below the item you desire and you will be redirected to PayPal. The order is placed with a secure online server. Pavlova M. does not retain your credit card information.
Our regular line orders will ship within a week of purchase. You will be notified if there is any additional delay. If you need an item rushed or shipped overnight, please call to confirm that the item is available.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and insured for the value of the item at no charge to anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. Applicable sales tax will be charged.
Special Orders
We will be happy to accommodate if you have a special request for another color or a different stone, or would like your design in gold. Please call or email us. Once the design is agreed upon, the piece will ship within 2 weeks. Special orders are final sales and must be prepaid before they go into production.

Retail stores may contact us by phone or email for wholesale pricing and orders.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 7 days of date of receipt of merchandise purchased through our website. Please email us or call and we will provide support with your return. We will confirm the return once it is received. All pieces must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns must be packaged securely and insured for the retail value of the piece. Items that are returned within the 7-day period will be credited to you upon receipt of the goods.
Repairs
All items are shipped free of defect. After the 7-day return period, please call or email us with your repair issue and we will quote whether there will be a repair fee.
Jewelry Care/Cleaning
To clean your items, use a soft silver polishing cloth to gently bring back the shine. Do not clean gemstones or pearls in any chemical liquids.
